We utilize a phased scaffolding approach. After your initial consultation, we begin with high-frequency accountability to effectively disrupt old patterns and install new baselines. As you regain your independence, we systematically taper the support. The tools in your hands remain constant; the only variable is the cadence of our video check-ins.
