How the coaching works
It all starts with the initial consultation. This is where you will learn the details of the program, and together, we will decide if it is a good fit for you. If it is a good fit, then we decide which phase of program you should be in. More than likely that will be Phase 1 because if you are in Phase 2 or above, you probably know what you’re doing. Prior to the consultation meeting, you will fill out a questionnaire about you and your relevant health history.
Phase 1 will start off with a meeting during which you will begin your education about nutrition and exercise, and how they are the drivers for weight loss. You will learn which measurement equipment you will need and how to use them. We will schedule our meetings during this first meeting, as well discuss your daily logging of nutrition, exercise and weight. On a monthly basis, we will decide if you are able and willing to move to the next phase.
Phase 0: Pre-Enlistment Interview (The Initial Consultation) - Free
The Mission: Before we start, we need to know if you are ready. This isn't a sales pitch; it's a strategy session. We discuss your history, and your goals. If we aren't the right fit for you, we will tell you.
Support Level: Video Call (30 mins).
Focus: Discuss the framework, setting expectations, defining the mission, and ensuring you are committed to the process.
Phase 1: Basic Training (The Reset) - The first 4–8 weeks. Maximum Accountability.
The Mission: We strip away the bad habits and install the "Fitness Renew" framework. We are in the trenches with you to ensure you don't fall off.
Support Level: High Frequency. 3x Weekly Check-ins to review nutrition logs, adjust targets, and keep you moving.
Focus: Mastering the food scale, establishing the walking and resistance training routine, and learning nutrition and exercise logging.
Phase 2: Active Duty (The Campaign) - Until you hit your goals.
The Mission: This is the grind. You know what to do; now we ensure you keep doing it. We monitor your data and adjust your calories and training as your body adapts.
Support Level: Weekly. 1x Weekly Strategy Call + Daily App Feedback.
Focus: Consistent fat loss, progressive strength gains, and navigating real-life challenges (travel, work stress).
Phase 3: Overwatch (Maintenance) - Life after you reach your goals.
The Mission: Keeping it off. Most men fail here because they stop paying attention. We stay in the background to ensure you don't slip.
Support Level: Monthly. 1x Monthly Review.
Focus: Transitioning to "maintenance calories," lifestyle integration, and long-term health.
Phase 4: Reinforcements (As Needed) - The safety net for total independence.
The Mission: You are flying solo now. But life happens—holidays, injuries, or stressful seasons can knock you off course. We remain on standby to get you back on target before a slip becomes a slide.
Support Level: On Demand. Book a single "tune-up" call whenever you need to troubleshoot a plateau or reset your motivation.
Focus: Crisis management, recalibration, and solving specific new challenges.
